Premium, sustainable, murray cod. Farmed in open ponds on the Murray-Darling Basin River System – the fish’s native environment.

The name Aquna Aquaculture is derived from the word Akuna – an Aboriginal word meaning “the way forward” and “flowing water”.

When cooked, the flesh is white, juice and rich with a broad flake and complex creamy, umami-packed flavour.

• Large size is approximately 3-4kg although weights may vary
• Fish are whole & gutted so weight will vary as the fish is weighed whole then cleaned
